Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Pre-sales and post-sales support;

  • Provide technical support to local and other states field technicians and customers - system queries, technical issues, and troubleshooting via Telephone and Email;

  • Travel to sites for inspection, test, and fixing system issues;

  • Analyze the failure and availability statistics of the installed fleet to identify failure trends in an early phase and to initiate corrective actions;

  • Interface with service, engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, and product leadership teams to expediently resolve technical issues;

  • Work with the Service & Quality team to increase the system performance, based on statistical data;

  • Collaborate with Service teams to improve product support by tracking issues, projects and associated reports and driving process improvements;

  • Field test and lab test of prototype retrofits and verification of the technical documentation to meet the field engineering needs;

  • Provide training to distributors, electricians and key customers

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineer from an accredited university or college (Prefer electrical engineering);

  • Willingness and ability to travel 25% of the time (Sometimes in short notice);

  • Basic knowledge of Solar PV/inverter/battery storage/EVCS;

  • Good customer communication skill;

  • Keen to build a career in solar energy;

  • Driver License is mandatory;

Technical Sales Manager

· Revenue target achievement

· Target area/customers achievement

· Expanding the new sales leads and maintain the long-term partnership

· Regularly contact the existing customers for optimizing the business

· Attend the trade shows that company decide to invest

· Provide the analysis and strategy of the customers for long term sustainability

Qualifications/Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineer or Business from an accredited university or college (Prefer electrical engineering);

· Willingness and ability to travel 40% of the time (Sometimes in short notice);

· Advanced knowledge of PV/Hybrid inverter/battery storage/EVCS;

· Good customer communication skill;

· Good Self and Time Management (Work remotely)

· Driver License is mandatory;

· Multi-language (Chinese is a plus)

Warehouse Supervisor

Job Duties:

· Maintain knowledge of services related to Growatt USA.

· Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information as required by the Company.

· Maintain and organize accurate daily records of inventory stock, parts, shipments, orders, returns, and damages daily.

· Be open to change and deal calmly and effectively with high-stress situations.

· Picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and stocking the merchandise on time daily.

· Inspect quality of returned items to ensure it is up to company standards (RMA: Return Material Authorization).

· Relay any customer/client complaints to management.

· Prepare and manage reports (Including, but not limited to, California Inventory report, inventory map, RMA inventory report, part stock report, and tradeshow inventory report).

· Manage and ensure Expense Report is updated daily.

· Provide Expense Report to upper management and receive approval before purchasing the warehouse supplies.

· Ensure reports are provided to management on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, dependent on the type of report assigned.

· Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization and ensure proper maintenance of products and warehouse equipment. (Must maintain the forklifts, pallet jacks, water dispenser and so on).

· Report any work-related safety concerns or equipment malfunction to upper management.

· Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of office and equipment.

· Engage in work with a high sense of urgency and be highly organized and detail oriented.

· Be fully reliable, and on time to work.

· Maintain organization and posting of warehouse licenses, permits, and certificates of insurance, as requested by senior management, and file documents as required upper management.

· Attend management meetings as assigned by senior management.

· Be professional and respectful to clients, vendors and employees at all times.

· Support team with special projects and additional duties as required for operations and/or assigned by upper management.


Qualifications:

· At least 2 years of experience in warehouse management.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with others.

· Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).

· Strong work ethic and honesty and must adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures.

· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive and professional working attitude.

· Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with federal, state and local standards.

· Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with company policies, and federal, state, and local requirements.

· Ability to operate standard office equipment.

· Ability to work at a fast pace and keep your composure.

· Ability to follow management instructions and balance many projects at once without constant supervision.
