Monitoring
The Growatt SHINER App & Web Portal is an all in one connected platform for commissioning, monitoring and service, for homeowners, installers and distributors.
Every Growatt system is connected. From the first commissioning step through years of daily operation, Growatt's monitoring platforms give homeowners, installers and distributors real-time visibility into solar production, energy use, battery status and system health, on a phone or in a browser. More than 6 million users already manage their systems on Growatt's cloud platform.
Growatt monitoring on web and mobile
Each product line has its own commissioning and monitoring app. Shiner is used for MIN and SPH residential systems. ShineTools is used for WIT commercial inverters. ShinePhone is used for SPF and SPE off-grid inverters and EV chargers. Installers commission in the field with the right app, and homeowners keep using the same app for everyday monitoring.
Three account types keep access organized. Distributor accounts are set up by calling Growatt Sales or Support. Installer accounts are created from the distributor's web portal, or by Growatt Support on site or in advance at 1-866-686-0298. End-user accounts are created by the homeowner in the Shiner or ShinePhone app, and can be created by the installer during commissioning, or by calling Support.

For commercial WIT Inverter fleet management, Growatt's Online Smart Service (OSS) lets installers, integrators and EPCs monitor and maintain sites remotely, improving service response and reducing O&M costs.
