The emergency stop is used for stopping the XH-US system by manual, and also used for stopping the power supply to the transmitter of the RSD. Once installed and the button is pressed, this normally closed emergency button will open and cause the integrated transmitter to stop signaling the RSD devices which will cause the PV panels to stop operating and prevent DC flow into the inverter. When the emergency button is reset back to its normally closed position, this will cause the transmitter to begin its normal operations and signal the RSD to turn back on and allow PV energy to flow into the inverter again. 

a. Customer submits the extension application in Growatt OSS system with the correct customer info and the product info;

b. Growatt reviews the request and fill in the extension price, then return back to the customer for payment with an email reminder;

c. Customer uploads the bank slip to Growatt OSS system for payment;

d. After payment confirmed and the extension card will be issued online;

Customer downloads the warranty extension card from the website and keep it for your record

The user can connect the double meter to the energy storage machine according to the usage requirements to monitor the power of the inverter and the energy storage machine respectively. The specific setting is to set "Mode change➡Sensor➡Meter" through the LCD, one meter is connected to the "CT1/METER1" port, and the other meter is connected to the "485-1" or "485-2" port.

Analysis：

    The energy storage machines under different MODELs have their output power upper limit, and this fault occurs when the machine output is overloaded.

Solution：

    Check whether the load of the energy storage machine exceeds the upper limit, and reduce the load to the rated range of the machine to solve the problem.
